Order Placement Orders can be placed through our website by selecting products and completing checkout.Kindly note that all the product images are for illustration purposes only. Order Confirmation After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent detailing your purchase.
Payment Methods We accept Visa, MasterCard, and online bank transfers (Billplz), Atome and ensuring secure payment processing.
Order Processing The processing time by default will be around 1-2 working days. However, it is subject to the type of order too. Orders involving stringing service, printing service, embroidery service of any other kind of special service will be subjected to our processing queue and task complexity. Therefore, slight delay is unavoidable, especially during our peak period.
Shipping and Delivery Shipping options is provided at checkout. The delivery time for local shipment (Malaysia) will be around 3-5 working days. Delivery time for International orders will be around 5-7 working days whereby it may experience delays due to flight/cargo availability as well as the customs clearance process. Please note that delivery times are estimates and NOT guaranteed.
Order Changes or Cancellations To amend an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Our customer support is willing to help, however the changes should be based on management’s approval. Spark Sport reserves the right to make the final call, so customers are advised to double check when placing an order. Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be changed.
Product Availability All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified, and you may opt for a substitute or request a refund.
Size Exchange Policy We allow a one-time size exchange request, subject to stock availability. Size exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. The product must be unworn (with tag attached), in its original condition, and returned with original packaging. NO further changes are permitted after the first exchange.
Rounding Policy In compliance with Malaysian regulations, the total amount payable in cash will be rounded to the nearest 5 sen. The following rounding mechanism applies to the final bill: Amounts ending in 1 or 2 sen are rounded down to the nearest 0. Amounts ending in 3 or 4 sen are rounded up to the nearest 5. Amounts ending in 6 or 7 sen are rounded down to the nearest 5. Amounts ending in 8 or 9 sen are rounded up to the nearest 10.
Stringing Service Badminton frames that are strung by Spark Sport are non-returnable as we guarantee all frames sold are brand new. Once strung, the frame cannot be resold. However, if you are dissatisfied with the stringing, please contact Customer Care within 1 day of receiving the frame, providing details of the issue. If a mistake was made, we will cover the return shipping cost and re-string the frame at no additional charge. Complaints about string tension will not be entertained if the frame has been used.
No Reservation Policy Your item(s) will not be reserved until you complete payment(Full payment).
International Ordering Shipping Duration Order will be processed once we received the order and will take 5-7 business days for standard shipping depends on the shipping location. Though most of the orders will be delivered within the mentioned time frame, some delays are inevitable due to the customs clearance procedure is different for each country. Please kindly understand that Spark Sport does NOT offer cancellations or compensation for the delays. Customs Destinations countries may levy taxes or handling charges on the purchased goods and customers should take full responsibility on it. Spark Sport does NOT responsible for any unpaid taxes/handling charges and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues. Kindly note that the shipping cost calculated on our website excludes all the custom tax/handling charges. Customers are advised to check the customs policies before placing an order. Spark Sport reserves the right to adjust the shipping cost from time to time without prior notice. Failure to Deliver Spark Sport does not responsible for the packages sent back due to factors beyond our control, such as the absence of the recipient, recipient unwilling to pay duty tax etc. In such a case, additional charges will be billed to us. We will contact customers via email/WhatsApp to resolve the delivery issue in the best interest of both parties. If there is no respond or any action taken from the customer’s side, Spark Sport reserves the right to cancel the order with NO REFUND.
