a. Warranty Coverage:
The warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for Yonex racquets purchased from Spark Sport in Malaysia. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, acts of nature (e.g., floods, earthquakes), or normal wear and tear. The warranty also excludes all kinds of transportation/shipping fees incurred during the warranty claim process. Customers should bear the fees accordingly.
b. Warranty Period:
The warranty period extends to 3 months from the date of purchase. Customers are required to keep this warranty certificate within the warranty period to make any warranty claim. Any warranty claim that exceeds the mentioned warranty period will not be entertained.
c. Warranty Claim Procedures:
To initiate a warranty claim, it is essential to provide the Warranty Certificate and complete the warranty claim form. You may opt to return the goods, along with the Warranty Certificate and the filled-out claim form, to the address provided below:

Alternatively, you have the option to deliver them to any of our physical outlets (located in Kuchai Lama, Menara Symphony PJ, IOI City Mall). The process of updating the warranty status typically requires 1-2 working weeks but may extend to a maximum of 3 working weeks. In the event of approved claims, Yonex Sunrise will provide a replacement product for the customer, with the entire warranty claim process usually completed within a timeframe of up to 4 months or sooner. Our Customer Service team will be in touch once the returned warranty claim goods are ready for collection.
d. Decision on Warranty Claim:
The decision regarding warranty claims for your racquet is solely made by the manufacturer after undergoing a thorough inspection process by Yonex Professional Team. It’s important to understand that the decision reached through this inspection process is final. While we strive to provide fair and impartial assessments of all warranty claims, the outcome is based on objective criteria and scientific analysis of the product’s condition and any reported issues. We understand that warranty claims can be a sensitive matter, and we are committed to providing transparency and clarity throughout the process. If your claim is approved, we will work diligently to provide the necessary replacements in a timely manner. If, however, your claim is not approved, rest assured that the decision was reached through a comprehensive evaluation of all available information and evidence.
e. Limitations of Liability:
While we strive to provide the highest quality products and services, it’s important to understand the limitations of our liability under this warranty. Spark Sport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of your racquet, including but not limited to loss of profits, injuries, or health issues.
f. Additional Requirements or Restrictions:
Spark Sport reserves the right to impose additional requirements or restrictions on warranty claims as deemed necessary. These may include, but are not limited to, providing proof of purchase, adhering to specified claim procedures, or returning the product to an authorized service center for inspection.
g. Modification of Terms:
Spark Sport reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this warranty at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other official channels. It is your responsibility to review the terms of the warranty periodically for any changes.
